Before Your Visit
When you call or email for an appointment, you will be scheduled as soon as possible.  After the initial intake session, we will determine  approximately how many sessions might be needed and schedule upcoming appointments.

When You Arrive
You will be greeted at the office building’s front door upon your arrival. If you arrive before your scheduled appointment time, you may have a seat in the front reception room waiting area and the counselor will be with you shortly.

The First Session
At your first appointment, we may ask, depending on your age, that parents accompany you. After greeting you in the waiting area, we will accompany you to our office located on the second floor. The focus of the first session will be to discuss what brought you into counseling, the background of that issue, and a developmental history. During the first session we will complete intake paperwork and begin to set treatment goals. We will answer any questions you have about the counseling process.

Please allow 1.5 - 2 hours for the initial parent intake session.

The cost of the intake session is $140.
